MC Academy in Liverpool, first opened in January 2024, offers students the chance to study English in one of the UK’s most vibrant and culturally rich cities. Situated in the heart of Liverpool, the school provides a welcoming and supportive environment for international students to improve their language skills while experiencing the city’s famous heritage, music, and football culture. Nigel, Head of Academics & Centre Manager Liverpool
Nigel has been involved in the ELT industry since 1996 and has taught General English, Business English, exams (IELTS, Cambridge exams, BEC, OET, ESP (law and aviation), EAP (essay writing and academic presentations), art & culture and Polish as a foreign language. He co-founded and ran a private language school for five years in Warsaw, where he lived for twenty years. He is a CELTA trainer (for both face-to-face and on-line courses) as well as an IELTS Speaking Examiner. Has also lived in various cities around the UK and currently resides in Chester.
